Before sending your flowers
Can they arrive today?
It depends on the postcode, order time and availability. Check the delivery calendar: if a slot is available today, you can select it. Immediate delivery is not promised for every town.
How much does delivery cost?
The price is shown when you check the postcode. Barcelona city rates do not automatically apply to nearby towns. Review the total before confirming your purchase.
Can you keep it a surprise?
Yes, you can include a personal message. We still need the recipient’s phone number and complete delivery details. We only contact them when needed for delivery; we cannot accept an incomplete address to sort out later.
Where is your florist shop?
Our shop and workshop are in Gràcia, near Joanic. We prepare online orders there, and you can also choose collection at the florist.
Is express delivery available at my address?
Enter the postcode to check available options. Express delivery appears when the address, timing and availability allow it. You can also choose from the scheduled time slots shown.
