What does the gift include?
Your chosen plan for 2, 3 or 6 months, with 1, 2 or 4 deliveries a month. You pay once for the entire gift; tax and delivery within our coverage area are included.
Can I keep it a surprise and add a message?
Yes. Add a personal message and give the gift yourself, without us notifying the recipient, or schedule the gift email for your chosen date and time.
How is the gift activated?
The recipient follows the gift instructions, signs in or creates an account, confirms the delivery details and chooses the starting month. There is no payment to activate the gift.
When will the flowers start arriving?
The recipient chooses the starting month when activating the gift. Deliveries run for full calendar months.
When are flowers delivered?
1 a month: the first week. 2: the first and third weeks. 4: the first four weeks, even in a five-week month. Amb les mans arrives on Tuesdays; the other plans on Wednesdays.
Do they need a card or have to cancel?
The recipient needs no payment card. When the gift ends, deliveries stop.
How do I check delivery coverage?
Enter the recipient’s postcode in the gift builder. We check coverage before you continue with the purchase.
What if they want to continue?
They can choose their own subscription, using their own card and explicit consent.
