– Amb les mans and Ram a punt are always delivered on Wednesdays
– Flor d'estació is delivered on Tuesdays

Depending on the frequency you choose, shipments are distributed as follows:

• Monthly : delivered the first week of the month

• Bi-weekly : deliveries the first and third week of the month

• Weekly : deliveries during the first four weeks of the month (even if the month has five weeks)

We notify you in advance before each delivery so you know what day your bouquet will arrive. And if you won't be there one month, you can easily pause your subscription from your account.

We deliver in Barcelona city , Hospitalet , Badalona , Sant Adrià , Santa Coloma , Cornellà , Sant Just Desvern , Sant Joan Despí and Esplugues . If you are in any of these municipalities, we will arrive without problem.

If the delivery person can't deliver and no one is available to pick up, we'll reschedule the delivery for a small additional charge.

Yes, although there's a minimum commitment: 2 months if your subscription is monthly or biweekly, and 1 month if it's weekly. After that, you can cancel from your account at any time. We just ask that you do so at least 2 weeks before the next month so that automatic shipments aren't generated.

From your account, you can change the frequency, pause shipments, modify addresses, update your payment method, and more. All without having to fill out emails or fill out cumbersome forms.

Your subscription starts off on the right foot (and with a good hand!). We'll give you a pair of BonBee pruning shears so you can take care of your flowers like a real florist.
