Do you want to surprise your guests with a decorative detail on the table?
We make it easy for you! We are going to show you how to create a small center in a few simple steps and that will certainly give results.
What do you need?
- Main flower (4 units)
- Complementary flower (3 units)
- Paniculata or limonium
- Decorative greenery (olive, eucalyptus, mastic...)
If you already have everything, here are a few steps to follow to make it easier for you to create your beautiful centerpiece.
- Clean all the stems well (remove the leaves that are not going to be seen, and that will remain inside the vase).
- Cut all the stems diagonally (so the flowers have more surface area on their stems to absorb the water).
- Separate the flowers by groups and take into account the quantity you have of each one.
- Start by placing a flower (main flower) which will be the central one in your hand (the one you do not write with) and from that flower, the following stems should be placed in a spiral. Help yourself with some greenery to "cushion" the flowers so that the stems do not collide with each other. Alternate the main flower with the complementary flower, so that they are interspersed.
This spiral should be formed with the lower part of the stem facing the hand you are writing with, so it will be easier and you will not get in the way of your own body. - When you have the small bouquet ready, add a little paniculata or limonium in the holes you have left and finally, surround it with the green you have chosen.
- To finish the arrangement, cut the stems to the size of the vase you like and... Voilà!
It was not so difficult, now you can try as many times and with as many different flowers as you want.
